   Pairzoo sells premium graphic t-shirts made for different bonds like mom, dad, her, couples, friends and family.

2. Are the t-shirts oversized?
   Most of our current t-shirts are oversized fit. Please check the product title and size guide before placing your order.

3. How do I choose the right size?
   Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Oversized t-shirts are meant to fit loose and relaxed.

4. How long does delivery take?
   Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5–10 working days depending on your location.

5. Will I get tracking details?
   Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email or SMS.

6. Can I return my order?
   Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection or not liking the product after delivery.

7. Can I exchange my order?
   Exchange or replacement is available only if you receive a damaged product, wrong product or a product with a clear manufacturing defect.
