Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days after confirmation.

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, orders generally take 5–10 working days to reach most locations in India. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability and external delays.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through email or SMS, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Delays:
During festivals, sales, courier delays or high order volume, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Incorrect Address:
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing the order. Pairzoo will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
