At Pairzoo, every t-shirt is carefully made and checked before shipping. Since our products are made-to-order, we follow a simple and fair return/exchange policy.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or not liking the product after delivery.

Exchanges/Replacements:
We offer an exchange or replacement only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The print or item has a clear manufacturing defect

To request an exchange or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Proof:
Please share clear photos/videos of:

  • The damaged or wrong product

  • The package received

  • The order details

Size Issues:
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. We do not offer exchange or return for incorrect size selection by the customer.

Used Products:
Products that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or without proper proof will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
